AARP report on the Emerging Profession of Care Managers

GeroNurseOnline.org is the official geriatric nursing website of the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the John A. Hartford Foundation Institute for Geriatric Nursing at the New York University College of Nursing.
 

The Geriatric Social Work Initiative (GSWI) is collaborating with social work programs, organizations and other funding sources from around the country to prepare needed, aging-savvy social workers and improve the care and well-being of older adults and their families.

National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers What started as a gathering of one hundred human service professionals in New York City in 1985 has flourished into a national association focusing on professional geriatric care management. The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (GCM) was established in 1986 and continues to grow as the demand for services for the elderly increases.

Florida State Guardianship Association is a professional organization supporting the efforts of Professional Guardians in the state of Florida. 

The Central Florida Chapter (CFSGA, Inc.) of the Florida State Guardianship Association (FSGA) is a great local resource with plenty of talent.

Caring Connections, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), is a national consumer engagement initiative to improve care at the end of life, supported by a grant from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
